I was recuited by Finnish developer Critical Force (then Critical Force Entertainment) in 2014 to help develop a new FPS competitive game tailor-made for mobile devices. I was one of the founding shareholders of CF, as well as the original Art director.
Built on the Unity engine, our game Critical Ops quickly became a mainstay in mobile FPS gaming with several hundred million downloads across Android and IOS.
My main tasks on Ops were establishing the art pipeline and overseeing the development of environments, as well as the weapons- and skin-system. I was the main artist responsible for the Plaza, Canals, Grounded and Tutorial (Warehouse) levels, which were built from scratch. All of the art you see is mine with the exception of several small decorative props by other artists in my team.
