Summary

I'm a 3D artist specialising in environment art. I draw a lot of inspiration from travel, architecture, as well as creative media such as film and print. I have been making games over 15 years, starting on the Half-Life (1998) engine in level design and texturing, through Source and Unreal engines as well as Unity and on mobile platforms. I am currently a lecturer of art creation at the University of Barcelona's ENTI lab. Since its inception in 2014 and through December 2016, I was the artistic director and principal artist for Critical Ops, a real time first person shooter action game on mobile platforms with over 85 million downloads and over 500,000 active users daily. For this project, I laid out the artistic pipeline, defined the approach and style and created the majority of all in-game environment art. Previous work also includes environment art and level design work on Tactical Intervention, a game by my friend Minh Le. After prototyping an unannounced project for a AAA studio for the last 3 years i am currently looking for opportunities.
